My background

After studying international hospitality management in Switzerland, I decided to work in recruitment with the aim to apply the values of personalised service, attention to detail and care to ensure customer satisfaction that characterise the world of luxury hospitality.

I have worked for different international recruitment agencies in Geneva. I initially specialised in administrative and executive support roles before building a division dedicated to information technology recruitment. These experiences led me to start my own recruitment agency.

My approach to recruitment

A company’s success is correlated to the choice of its employees. Welcoming a new team member requires rigorous selection based on both hard and soft skills to ensure the person is the right fit for the company. My search for the right candidate is based on active listening and analysing the client’s needs to determine the right profile and rapidly identify the most relevant candidates. Following-up candidates at each stage of the recruitment process allows me to assess their constant interest for the proposed role.

Indeed, for a candidate, joining a new company is a life-changing decision, from a personal and professional standpoint. It is crucial to rightfully evaluate his or her expectations in terms of career progression, salary increase or personal fulfillment, since they condition the candidate’s willingness to join the company. Providing regular feedback allows the candidate to evaluate his or her progression throughout the recruitment process.
