
Key steps for the Candidate

With the candidate’s agreement, sharing of his or her CV and a summary of the one-to-one interview (i.e. key elements on the candidate’s professional background and competencies relevant to the position) to the company. Sharing of the company’s feedback (positive or negative) with the candidate within one week.
Should the feedback be positive after the last interview, an offer is made to the candidate by the company’s HRD. In case the candidate accepts the offer, he or she informs Claire Thevenard Recruitment by e-mail, in order to end the recruitment process and collaboration with the agency. The latter still remains available for any question or information needed by the candidate.
